Most foreigners can visit Korea for short-term tourism or transit purposes (B-2, 30 days) with a tourist/transit visa, and can enter Korea without a visa in consideration of reciprocity and national interest.

KOREA ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION (K-ETA)

· Visitors who can enter the country without a visa must obtain K-ETA permission in advance to board a plane or ship bound for Korea.

· Please keep in mind that the assessment can take more than 72 hours. Therefore, please apply for K-ETA with sufficient time.
