Registration Guideline

The online registration system will become accessible on July 15, 2025.

It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted paper to complete a REGULAR registration and full payment by Sept. 1, 2025. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether the presenter is a student or not. Papers that are not registered by this deadline will be omitted from both the technical program and the conference proceedings.

• $500.00 (US dollars/paper) or 650,000 (Korean Won/paper)

1. For registration cancellation, please send a written notification to the secretariat at ISIS2025@fuzzy.or.kr
2. Cancellations made by Sept. 30, 2025, will qualify for a refund, minus a $200 processing charge.
3. Refunds are not available after Sept. 30, 2025, nor for registrants who do not attend.
4. Refunds will be processed and distributed within 30 days following the conference’s completion.
