Registration Guideline

The online registration system will become accessible on Sept 25, 2025.

It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted paper to complete a REGULAR registration and full payment by Oct. 20, 2025. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether the presenter is a student or not. Papers that are not registered by this deadline will be omitted from both the technical program and the conference proceedings.

1. For registration cancellation, please send a written notification to the secretariat at ISIS2025@fuzzy.or.kr
2. Cancellations made by Oct. 15, 2025, will qualify for a refund, minus a $200 processing charge.
3. Refunds are not available after Oct. 15, 2025, nor for registrants who do not attend.
4. Refunds will be processed and distributed within 30 days following the conference’s completion.
